Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and improve nursing standards in the unit with Strong Quality patient care
• Ensure effective staff, patient and doctor relationships including multidisciplinary care
• Translate the organisation’s mission into Hospital objectives and output
• Comply with company policies, procedures and internal controls
• Develop strategic plan for the efficient function of the Unit

Applicants for this position must:

• Be SANC Registered
• Have a Post Basic Diploma in Psychiatry plus 5 years min experience in Psychiatry
• Be clinically focused
• Prior management experience will be an advantage.
