Our client – a large group of clinics is looking for an outstanding PSYCHOMETRIST/DATA SCIENTIST, who will be reporting to the Quality Development and Innovation Leader in Parktown North, Johannesburg. It is a permanent position with a “soonest” start date. So if you believe you have the following skills, qualifications and experience please apply urgently.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the clinical quality data collection, reporting and quality assurance.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:- Collection and analysis of data pertaining to clinical quality measurement within the Group. Writing reports and creating presentations for senior management and hospital teams. You will have the ability to interpret and present data to professionals within the hospital. You will liaise with support office and hospital staff in a constructive manner and be a custodian of the clinic quality data. If you are a Psychometrist you will handle the tests as and when required for HR, administer and analyse the reports, and provide detailed reports and explanations of outcome from these reports. Etc. etc.

The non-negotiables are:- A strong interest in Data Analysis, an Undergraduate degree, familiarity with database tools, registered with HPCSA, advanced Excel Skills, and have your own car and be willing to travel locally if required.
