Description
Responsibilities
? Manage the PR team
? Keep on track of internal and external issues that affect the organisation
? Advise on all aspects of the organisations activities
? Encourage effective teamwork in the department
? Represent the organisation at body industry related functions
? Develop operational plans incorporating goals and objectives
? Oversee all planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects
? Manage all client and stakeholder relations
? Assist in preparing comprehensive annual strategies and set financial targets

Requirements
? 10+ years within a PR agency
? Relevant diploma/degree relating to the PR field
? Knowledge of the private and public sector
? Able to work extra hours should it arise
? Team player
? Creative and energetic
? Always has their finger on the pulse and follows trends
? Target and deadline-driven
