LUCID is a Black Owned South African Company that has pioneered credit
Rehabilitation. The Company offers various Financial, Credit & Legal Products to
Consumers and Channel Partners.
We are looking to recruit a QA & compliance Officer
To monitor the quality of the Sales process for compliance with the Compliance &
QA Audit Scorecard.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. Matric and QA qualification
2. Experience in Call Centres administration
3. Experience in working with Confidential Information
4. IT literate and proficient in the usage of contemporary computer software including
Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
5. Ability to provide feedback in a professional manner
6. Ability to work independently
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Have an eye for detail
9. Ability to work as part of a team
10. Excellent telephone skills
11. Ability to communicate at all levels
12. Sound knowledge of the National Credit Act & The Financial Advisory & Intermediary
Services Act Good knowledge of claims, membership, credit control and customer service
13. Ability to speak the majority of languages in Gauteng
14. Must have no criminal record

? To monitor the quality of the Sales process for compliance with the Compliance &
? QA Audit Scorecard.
? To report any non-compliance, breach of employment contract
or Company policy, and to report all dishonesty, fraud & misrepresentation with
? Reference to the Honesty & Fraud Policy of the Company and Code of Conduct.
? To recommend interventions required by the department to improve compliance and
Quality of Service.
? Working in an open plan office in a call centre environment
? You will be required to attend work from 8h00 -17h00 & work late & on
? Weekends as is needed by the business

REMUNERATION (if applicants meet the requirements):
Basic Salary: R5000.00 + R2000.00 KPA FEE
