Established company within the Food Sector require qualified and experienced QA Manager / Surveyor. The role will include: Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring standards are met. Setting customer service standards. Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers. Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with standards - National and International levels. Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures. Writing management and technical reports. Determining training needs. Catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality. Recording statistical information. Supervision of laboratory and technical staff. Must have a relevant degree or NHD. HACCP Accredited (essential). Excellent technical skills. Good numeric skills. Planning knowledge.
