Quality Assurance Supervisor

This individual is actively involved with ensuring that there is a clear display of professional leadership through supervision of quality assurance requirements, their execution, implementation evaluation and ensuring goals are effectively met and addressed in the delivery of training and its administrative processes for the proper completion of project initiatives.

Training QA experience is a MUST

Duties:

Induct learners on the registration process
To ensure learners are registered with the SETA's and are captured on the SETA database.
Monitor and ensure relevant documentation is handed to QA
QA workplace reports
Plan and prepare for SETA verifications
Ensure SETA databases are kept up to date on assessments, reporting and delivery information
Carry out, manage, supervise and follow-up workplace approvals
Administer SETA's reports
Supervise internal LMS database for reporting and updates
Monitor QA functions & process eg: LMS, printing & POE building
Assist other QA Supervisor in the general academic welfare of learners in class
Support other QA Supervisor in facilitator related issues: eg classroom visits
Generic Moderation Process
Manage Terminations
Load All Assessments on the Seta Database
Project Audit (exit level)
Certification
Liaise with committee chairpersons to administer committee issues
Accreditation Extension Preparation
Client Database Assistance on Registration
Prepare Initial Class List and Reference Letters to past learners
Manage SETA certification processes
Supervise QA department staff
