We are looking for a team lead to run a team of talented testers in the game development space. A successful candidate will need to be passionate about testing, technically excellent, a leader, mentor and be able to execute on the vision and direction of the QA Manager.

General Requirements:

6 + Years’ experience in the Quality Assurance mostly leading a Team.
ISTQB qualification will be an advantage.
Some Experience in Web (HTML5/Canvass) and mobile (iOS/Android) automation.
Some Experience in CI using TeamCity, RabbitMQ and CouchBase.
Self-motivated with strong capability of fast learning.
Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Good team player and good written and verbal communication skills.
Some knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL and Linux will be an advantage.


Duties Include but not limited to:

Working with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality.
Producing test plans and ensuring they are followed.
Assigning work to QA analysts.
Automating tests where appropriate.
Producing and prioritizing bug reports.
Reproducing bug reports from the field and writing clear steps to reproduce.
Running cross-platform testing for Desktop and Mobile (IOS and Android).
Verifying the load, scalability, and performance requirements have been met Co-ordinating with other department to ensure required test platforms are available.
Working with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
Provide the Test Manager with accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.
Assist the Test Manager in preparing test plans and schedules.
Provide technical guidance to Test Engineers and/or Test Analysts assigned to assist the Senior Test Engineer.
