QA TRAINER/CONSULTANT – HYDEPARK (SANDTON)

A large call center based in Sandton requires an experienced Quality Insurance Trainer/Consultant very urgently
Salary: R15 000 plus commission/incentives

Qualifications required:
MUST speak Afrikaans
Between 27 – 35 years old
3rd year Degree or equivalent Diploma – NON-Negotiable
5-8years working experience preferably in a quality assurance environment as Supervisor/Team Leader/Manager

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Leading a team of newly employed Sales Consultants
Driving Team members’ performace to ensure that sales and productivity targets are met
Training, coaching and developing staff for a long term career
Inspiring and motivating new recruits to perform at maximum levels
Creating a culture of success
Implementing strategies to drive sales
Promotion of company ethos
Analyzing staff statistics and calls to enable coaching, training, development and driving staff to meet targets
Producing adhoc reports as required by management
Work alongside management to achieve division sales targets
