Key performance areas:

? Ensure contracts comply with all legislated quality requirements
? Ensure the implementation and administration of all required QA/QC standards
? Schedule site and project compliance audits
? Attend Quality Assurance meetings
? Develop and sustain excellent client relationships
? Co-ordinate QA and QC site staff
? Effectively manage site quality control inspections
? Effective self-management

The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
? 7 – 10 years’ onsite experience in QA / QC in SMPP and EPC contracts
? Experience in welding techniques and testing
? Must be familiar with API, ASME etc. standards
? Good knowledge on piping and petrochemical construction on site
? ISO 9001 System Implementation
? Knowledge of Auditing
? Mechanical Engineering experience
? Welding and Fabrication Inspection experience
? Boilermaker / Platter experience
? Good communication skills
