Requirements:
Minimum of Level 1 qualification in MT, PT, RT and UT
Valid driver’s license
Min 3 years’ NDT Inspection in MT, PT, RT and UT
Good communicator, Peoples person, team player, Computer literate, ability to liaise with other department sections

Responsibilities:
Visual inspection
Die penetrant inspection
Magnetic particle inspection
UT Level inspection
Wall thickness testing
Hardness testing
Radiographic testing
To perform all NDT work in detail as set out by the work management system (Shop Docs), work instructions, drawings and specifications
Be competent in the ability to read and understand the applicable engineering drawings, customer specifications, work instructions and transfer this knowledge and detail as part of the works instruction for QAP requirements
Ensure calibrated and accurate NDT equipment are used for NDT inspections
Issue correct and detailed NDT reports
Sign off each job stage as required by the detailed works instructions or QAP’s
Be required to work shifts
Submit reports on inspection findings
Inform supervisor of faulty equipment or products immediately
Inform supervisor immediately of non-conformances to Quality
