? Maintain, diagnose & repairs to a VARIETY OF MAKES & MODELS of CARS but SPECIALISING IN BMW, PETROL & DIESEL ENGINES
? Report required repairs to the Service Advisor
? Perform preventive/predictive maintenance procedures
? Ability to use diagnostic equipment
? Performs troubleshooting on electrical systems
? Installation and/or replacement of new or reconditioned repair parts
? Testing and road testing of vehicles to ensure proper operation
? Performs other related duties as assigned
? Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
? Explaining technical issues to non-technical people
? Assisting lower level technicians with diagnostic checks and symptom analysis
? Carrying out general workshop duties and or other related duties as assigned
