RedCat Recruitment is seeking a QUALITY ASSISTANT for a well-established Pietermaritzburg company.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English competently.

Previous working experience in the quality management industry a strong advantage.

Person will be sent for the necessary training.

Assist in maintaining our ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management.

Document control - drafting, distribution and control of procedures, instructions and records.

Internal auditing - conducting internal audits and compiling reports.

Corrective action - registering non-conformances and customer complaints and following up on action taken.

Risk management - conducting and documenting risk reviews.

Laboratory management - plan and monitor laboratory testing, compiling and sending test reports to customers, time management, etc.

Data analysis - collect and compile statistical quality data to identify adverse trends and opportunities for improvement.

Calibration - arranging and performing calibration of manufacturing and test equipment at specified frequencies and keeping records.

Person must be willing to work overtime when required.

Salary package offered: - R15 000-00 per month (negotiable, depending on previous experience and qualifications).
