Quality Assurance Administrator

A Healthcare Company who is passionate about providing Clinical Care to HIV positive adults, children and adolescents is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Quality Assurance Administrator, KZN.

The incumbents will support a roving team providing technical support for monitoring and evaluation and the District Health Information System at public sector hospitals and clinics in eThekwini.

Education, Training and Experience
• Grade 12 (With Maths)
• Very Good Computer skills (MS Office package)
• Excellent communication skills
• Public speaking and ability to conduct presentations in a professional environment
• Ability to work independently
• Drivers licence with driving experience
• 1 year experience working with HIV prevention programmes or in the department of health
• Good understanding of DHIS and DoH data elements
• Data Auditing experience
• Should

Key performance areas

• Conduct Quality Assurance and Improve the Quality of Data at DoH
• Improve Data Management Systems
• Reporting and Feedback on QIPs
• Capacity Building of DoH staff
• Participate in site surveys and assessments
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
