This Fruit Group is a producer of Citrus and Table Grapes for export markets in Europe and the Far East.
If you have experience with Food Safety management systems specifically in the Fruit Industry then we want to engage with you. The position is bases at our Head Branch in Cape Town:

QUALITY ASSURANCE & FOOD SAFETY COORDINATOR
CAPE TOWN

Requirements:
- Matric with a formal qualification in Food Safety, with at least 3-5 years experience
- Must be alble to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy implementing systems
- Computer literate in Excel, Word
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel with own vehicle

Responsibilities will include:
- Implementation and improvement of Global Gap, Tesco Nurture, Albert Heijn and Field to Fork client audits
- Ensure that all producers are registered and compliant with Siza and that the pack houses are BRC compliant
- Oversee and manage the Quality Assurance processes of the various pack houses which includes training in compliance and food safety.
