Minimum requirements:
• 2 – 3 years QA experience
• Matric or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification would be adventageous
• Strong people management skills

Performance Parameters:
• DPO and DPU Accuracy of transactions processed by operations team members
• TAT to be met for audits
• Calibration amongst QCAs
• Check the checker scores for QCAs
• Retention of QCAs
• Achieving business Impact through PI initiatives
• Kaizen and Lean Ideas implementation
• GB / BB training (Preferred)

Role Responsibilities:
• Assistant Manager Quality will be responsible and accountable for managing an internal transactional audit process for a UK insurance client
• Manage a team of approx. 15-20 quality analysts
• Ensure all audits are completed timely each month
• Resolves appeals received from business units within 2 days of receiving appeals
• Analyses trends from QA results and generates QA reports each month highlighting process performance to senior management
• Participates in process improvement projects that are approved by management
• Develops controls for all processes in the QA function and periodically test these controls

Primary External Interactions:
• Supervisors at the client end for seeking clarifications & answering queries
• Operations, process owners for calibrations and process related updates
• Client QA team for calibrations
