Hotel School Diploma / Chef's qualification or similar with 3 years Game Lodge / Lodge

/ Boutique Hotel Management experience.

Qualified Chef an advantage

Experience within the hotel and lodge environment critical

Excellent eye for detail

Good understanding of Computer knowledge – excel, word, powerpoint

Organized person

Person will be required to travel throughout Africa

All-rounder essential

This person will be required to assist the Brand and Quality manager as well as our Group Trainer. We now have 17 properties throughout Africa.

Description :

QA audits twice a year to all 17 properties

Service Training for all staff twice a year to all 17 properties

Menu creation, chef training to 9 out of the 17 properties twice a year

Checking on standards throughout all properties

Assistance to all Operational offices within Africa – Maun, Arusha, Lusaka, Nairobi and Kampala.

New projects i.e. new lodges, refurbishment of current lodges

Quality control reports weekly and monthly to all 17 properties and follow up.

Salary R 22000.00 including company benefits.
