R13 000 basic + monthly incentive (up to R7 000 per month) can be earned + Gautrain travelling subsidy + medical aid contribution. Large corporate seeks Quality Assurance Consultants to join their growing organisation.

Requirements:

•Matric or equivalent
•COMPLETED degree or 3 year diploma is essential and NOT negotiable!
•Min 2 years Quality Assurance experience within call centre/telesales environment
•Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
•Clear ITC and Criminal Record
•Advanced computer literacy and proficient in MS Excel.

Will be required to:
•Listen to calls and evaluate them
•Coaching and mentoring sales consultants to ensure weekly targets are met
•Ensure quality of calls by Sales Consultants meet company policy and procedure in terms of legality and professionalism
•Work alongside management team to ensure sales consultants are achieving targets
•Achieve weekly targets as set out by company
•Monitoring of sales consultants
•Feedback/report writing, etc.
