It specialises in the manufacture and design of thermoformed, blow, injection and compression moldered plastic packaging for the dairy, beverage, foods and industrial sectors.

Duties and responsibilities:
• PET acetaldehyde and IV analysis
• MFI analysis of raw materials
• Tensile testing
• Colour and Haze analysis
• ISIR’s for all relevant products (new and modified) before formalisation of specifications
• Involvement in testing of new products where relevant
• Ad hoc testing of samples (complaints, problem solving, etc.) including vibration,
• stress, top load and stack tests (specialised tests) and reporting on findings
• Developing new routine QC testing methods and procedure
• Developing and implementing new testing methods
• Commissioning new testing equipment and ensuring that all current testing methods stay
• relevant to product application
• In general, ensuring accurate, reliable and repeatable data output

Requirements: Diploma/Degree (Manufacturing & Production Plastic, Rubber & Paper Product Manufacturing Quality Assurance)
