Permanent Senior Level position within the Hospitality Industry

A tasty opportunity awaits a dynamic, degreed QA Manager with our international, house-hold name client.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Relevant Degree (Non-Negotiable)
• Honours/Masters or further education would be advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP & all QCS including FSSC 22000
• Minimum of 5 years relevant Food Quality & Safety experience at management level
• Intertek audits (FSA Audits)
IBL audits (Woolworths)
FSSC 22000
ZA export audits
PRRS (monthly imported pork audits )
BRC audits
Internal Audits

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
• Provide leadership on continuous improvement initiatives / optimisation and innovative concepts.
• Develop continuous improvement goals and objectives in conjunction with Senior Management which include but are not limited to outcomes, root cause and actions, compliance, time and budget specifications.
• Drive initiatives that support reduction in production costs, lead times, downtime and waste.
