Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology/Microbiology
5 years’ experience in Fish Processing/Food Manufacturing FMCG environment

Responsibilities:
Ensure all changes to systems, procedures and check sheets are communicated to the QC Manager
Report deviations from standards and discuss these with QA Auditors
Amend the systems, procedures and check where necessary
Apply technical knowledge to identify shortcomings/gaps within the QMS and recommend, initiate and implement the agreed changes/amendments
Train production, engineering and QA staff in all aspects of food safety and quality related to the process, material and final product requirements
