Our client located in Worcester is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with experience in a Textile Environment. Position requires relocation.


REQUIREMENTS:
Textile Technology Diploma
QA Certification
Conversant with SABS ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001: implementation evaluation processes and systems essential
Knowledge of Textile Manufacturing Processes would be an advantage
Minimum 10 years' experience will be an advantageous in same / similar environment
Travel between sites
Overtime will be required from time to time

DUTIES:
Maintain the Quality Systems across the sites in accordance with SABS/ISO 9001
Review and provide specifications for products as per SABS standards
Handle customer complaints, provide feedback reports and administer claim procedures
Assist in the management of the Laboratories, Testing schedules.
Conduct Internal Audits
Quality Control across all departments
Administration of ISO 14001 : 2005 EMS
Raising of Non Conformance Reports
Liasing with SABS and Customer visits to address quality concerns
Supervision of Sub-ordinates

Salary: CTC based on knowledge and experience in the TEXILE industry.
