Grade 12 with degree or diploma in food science technology 

Responsible for maintaining and contiuous imprvement of quality control system (food safety procedures GMP/HACCP)

Developing traceability of raw materials and final products

Esnure hygiene and housekeeping meets required standard 

Raw material control

Handling customer complaints 

Micribiological control 

food safety audits 

factory trials, pre-production, launches

supervise factory technologist and quality assurance auditors
