- Develop the Quality strategy for manufacturing operations (own and co-manufacturers) and provide inputs for KPI targets
- Implementation of quality management systems in manufacturing operations (own and co-manufacturers) and monitor / audit its effectiveness.
- Ensure Compliance to local law in all markets
- Train and develop quality professionals in all operating businesses
- Promote and develop a quality awareness culture, based on continuous improvement
- Organize and lead the Quality function in the country
- Set up and maintain crises management procedures
- Effectively liaise with officials of standard enforcing agencies, authorities and external parties in the area of quality management
- Ensure work place safety and effective communication of Safety, Health and Environment to all team members
