QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

BOKSBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA

Quality Assurance Manager will be required to:
• ensure testing of all components, raw materials and final products is completed and released timeously
• lead the resolution of non-conformances between relevant parties to ensure timely response and appropriate final preventive resolution
• manage and maintain quality management programs (ISO), audits (internal and external) and inspection & product release protocols for incoming, in-process and finished goods
• lead and facilitate customer complaint resolution
• work collaboratively with all departments to drive continuous quality improvements (systems, processes, capability)
• build and sustain relationships with suppliers to ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented
• ensure safety and quality standards are reliably maintained and comply with standard guidelines and regulatory requirements
• lead the development and innovation of our quality system documentation to support the scalability of manufacturing to order for 195 countries
• coach, as the site expert, on the regulatory and compliance requirements regarding ISO and GMP’s
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and a minimum of 15 years quality assurance and control management experience in a manufacturing environment that is MCC / cGMP accredited.
