This role supports and assists the Senior Manager: Contracts and Operations to develop standards and monitor compliance to established specifications and requirements to provide operational support and identify possible gaps. Maintain and implement policies, procedures and methodologies through effective contract management. Establish and manage relationships and ensure satisfactory service delivery of appropriate products through service provider networks. Perform effective people management to Junior Officers.

• A relevant degree/ 3 year Diploma
• At least 5 years work experience, including quality assurance
• Candidate must come from the Healthcare industry
