A frozen food producer is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to determine and ensure that products meet the established standards of quality. Key duties will include but is not limited to: Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level; Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures; Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality; Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities; Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues; Monitor corrective and inventive actions; Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities; Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements: Relevant Degree and certifications an advantage; minimum 2 to 3 years with implementation of corrective action programs preferably in FMCG Industry; computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); dairy experience will be advantageous.
Additional Requirements: Good communications skills (written and verbal); Data collection, management and analysis skills; Good problem solving, planning and organizing skills. Team player.

Remuneration: Market related and based on formal qualification.
