My client, one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in South Africa is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Pharmacist to join their professional team based in Cape Town.

The capable will be responsible to ensure final product release to market and to enforce Good Manufacturing Practice throughout the division.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the release to market process
- Ensure that the company products comply with the medicine registration
- Liaise and communicate any non-compliance and discrepancies with the Regulatory department and ensure that the change control process is initiated for variations until close out
- Ensure timeous testing for post importation requirements and documentation therewith contract laboratories
- Conduct, review and approve root cause investigations

Requirements:
- BPharm registered with the SA Pharmacy council
- Minimum of three to five years experience in a quality control or quality assurance position
