National Debt Advisors is looking to recruit Quality Control Agents. The candidates will be required to evaluate calls, conduct coaching sessions, and provide sales coaching support when required as well as identifying errors, trends and areas of improvement.

Qualifications: Matric

Competencies :
Min 1 year contact centre call evaluation experience (not negotiable)
Min 6 months sales exp (essential)
Min 6 months Debt Review exp (essential)
Insurance exp (advantageous)

Salary- R8000.00 + Pension
