Quality Control/ Assurance Supervisor (Groceries)

One of the largest South African producers and distributors of a range of branded food and beverage products is looking for an experienced Quality Control/ Assurance Supervisor with experience in groceries to be permanently based in their Cape Town offices. The successful candidate will have management experience within QM systems, policies & procedures.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a Degree in Food Technology
Must have 5- 8 years relevant work experience
Must have experience on SAP, Tempo & SACO
Must have knowledge of the FSSC22000 and relevant retailer Food Safety and Hygiene Standards requirements
Must have experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry as a Quality Control/Assurance Supervisor
