JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license.
Forklift license (training).
Relevant post Grade 12 qualification would be beneficial.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
English speaking (must be able to read, write and speak in English competently).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Quality Management Diploma or equivalent.
Production Management Diploma (added advantage).
2-3 years Liner/Tarp manufacturing experience.
Department and employee management experience.
Full responsibility of department.
Fabrication of tank liners.
Quality management systems.
Housekeeping.
Health, safety and environment (HSE).
Procurement.
Input costing / lead-times.
Lead-time targets.
Key performance indicators.
Performance management of subordinates.
Daily / monthly reporting.
Budget development.
Cost control.
Human resources.
Fleet management.
Equipment maintenance.
Stock management.
Dealing with management meetings.
Continuous improvement programmes (CIP).
Weekend availability for supervising staff.
Call outs for alarm activations.
Quality control experience.
ISO 9001 experience.
