Duties and Responsibilities:
• Quality control testing as per manufacturer guidelines
• Recommendation of additional repairs is collaboration with foreman & service advisors
• Ensure workshop teams meet Group standards of productivity & efficiency
• Assist in implementing FFV & CSI processes and controls
• Weekly QC reports monitoring trends and training requirements
• Ensure quality standards are met in order to achieve the Manufacturer and Group Standards of Excellence

Minimum Requirements
• Min Grade 12
• Computer Literate
• Proof of Qualification as Technician
• Minimum 4 years Mercedes Benz brand experience
• Successful demonstration of competency
• Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and time management skills
