Job Description:
My client is seeking to employ a Quality Control Training and Qualification Coordinator to join their company.

Duties include:
To maintain the training and qualification program for the quality control department, update qualification plans in accordance to changes in methods and equipment inventory.
To coordinate & perform the GLP/GMP Compliance functions of all the related activities in the ChemLab that provide a necessary Support function to the laboratory QMS
Compile and maintain the QC Analyst qualification matrix.
Compile and maintain the QC analyst training program
Development and compilation of Microbial and Chemical analyst qualification protocol and reports.
Prepare training material for departmental requirements based on regulatory guidelines.
Perform adhoc training workshops based on analysts need or OOS trend data and CAPA’s
Perform analysis as and when deemed necessary on instruction from the Laboratory Manager
Writes and reviews laboratory standard operating procedures
From time to time perform additional tasks within the department, which are consistent with the grade, qualification and training of the incumbent.
Required to handle certain responsibilities of the Laboratory Manager in his/her absence

Minimum requirements:
BSc or NTD (Analytical Chemistry)
At least 2 - 5 years’ experience
