Quality Controller x2

Minimum Requirement:

- Grade 12 with Maths Literacy or Physical Science.
- City and Guilds course or any Quality related qualification will be advantageous.

Job Requirements:

- 2 years QC experience in the printing industry.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Basic understanding of the corrugated printing industry process.
- Must be energetic and hardworking.
- Must proactive, responsible and reliable.
- Experience with laboratory test procedures.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good administrative skills.
- Shift work will be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support ISO 9001 and OHSAS standards.
- Identify non-conforming product during manufacturing.
- Perform QC tests in the laboratory, test paper and on-line inspections for product approval/acceptance.
- Perform in-house calibrations and update checklists for testing and measuring instruments and equipment.
- Daily and weekly reporting to SHEQ Manager.
