Requirements:

Grade 12
Diploma in Food Management/Food Science/Food Processing
Qualification or certificate in Quality Control
Preference to Hygiene and quality
Working knowledge of Quality Control systems
Working knowledge of ISO
3 +Years working exp. in Quality Control in Meat or Food processing will be an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Innovative
Problem solving skills
Work in a team
Computer literate: Excel
Valid driver’s license
