Requirements:
National Diploma/B-Tech Degree in Food Technology or Biotechnology
5-8 years working experience in a similar position

Responsibilities
Prepares test samples of materials used in production, components, etc. and conducts physical and/or chemical tests to ensure conformity to established specification.
Prepared and maintained laboratory ingredients and equipment
Sampled raw materials, packaging and finished products
Tested routine raw materials, packaging and finished products
Analysed & computed data and recorded information
Applied laboratory hygiene and safety procedures
