QUALITY ENGINEER – EAST LONDON
Minimum requirements:
• Relevant Degree/Diploma
• Proven knowledge and experience of ISO/TS 16949, VDA6.3 Auditing
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a large automotive manufacturing environment
• Core tools

Duties:
• Monitoring of supplier, E-coating plant of customer, bumpers and rear axles
• Liaison between client, supplier and customer
• Quality improvements in supplier processes
• Control of customer complaints
• Problem solving and 8D presentations to customers
• Realizes quality concepts for existing and new products
• Further develops necessary quality documentation (eg control plans, process FMEA’s, process flow plans, work instructions)
• Supports the continuous optimization of the running production with respect to quality topics
• Supports and steers the failure analysis in case of quality problems and customer rejections
• Conducts data analysis to optimize processes
• Raises quality related problems to management
• Plans and conducts internal audits
