Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Computer literate - MS Office & Project Management
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Sound knowledge of QSB, APQP, PPAP, PSW, FMEA and Control Plans
- Sound knowledge of TS 16949
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in East London

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Control Plans, FMEA's and Process Charts
- Assist with daily production issues
- Generate and implement cost savings initiatives
- Investigate and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct internal audits as per audit schedule
- Prepare for external audits
- Close out all audit findings
- Maintain the Quality Management System
- Respond to internal and external CAR's and close out all CAR's timeously
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints
