• 3 YEARS EXP IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY WITH EXP IN QUALITY PROCEDURES, PROCESSES AND TECHNIQUES
• QUALITY SYSTEMS = 8D,FMEA, ISO 14001
• VDA6, ISO9001/2000, TS 16949,
• Coordinate and control the activities of the Quality and Environmental department.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant Quality and Environmental standards as stipulated by law and customer requirements.
• Ensure all Q&E reporting are done as required, internally and by Brose.
• Lead all Corrective Actions on Customer and internal non-conformances.
• Compile, review and update the P-FMEA and Control plans per project for all relevant processes.
• Lead and coordinate Production Failure Management (PFM) on the shop floor to reduce NRFT rate.
• Conduct Preventive Predictive Activity (PPA) on assembly processes, work methods and surrounding areas, to determine new unknown failures and verify countermeasures Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance to the ISO 14001 standards, maintain and reduce the environmental impact that the Company has on the environment.
• Manage external & internal corrective actions for all product failures and take action to reduce these failures.
• Manage all customer warranty related activities.
• Manage all inspectors and lab technicians in terms of functions and discipline
• Ensure all required laboratory functions are carried out effectively, timeously and accurately
