Job Description

Managing of the Laboratory and Quality Management System.
Ensuring results of the highest quality by creating structure to monitor the data quality and performance.
Adhere to safety and compliance rules and regulations.
Conducting of testing in timely manner, personally reviewing any abnormal results to find the root of irregularity.
Respond to inquiries and building customer relationships
Researching discrepancies to see if an error was made and explaining any resulting corrective procedures.
Keep up with industry trends by reading current publications, maintaining memberships in professional organizations and attending industry conferences.
Serve as company representative during all lab audits when required
Assisting auditors with any inquiries and reporting findings to management.

Minimum Requirements

N Dip / Bachelor degree preferably in a Science or Quality Management Specialist
Minimum of 5+ years working experience in quality management with at least 3 yrs serving in a managerial role
Experience in working with and managing a team
