What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Plastics Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Draft quality manuals, procedures, forms and flowcharts
* Setup QMS procedures
* QMS awareness training
* QMS system audits
* Rectify audit variances

Key Job Deliverables:

* Setup QMS Systems
* Audit QMS Systems
* Correct Audit Variances

Background work experience:

* 2 years Quality Management
* 1 year Automotive Quality Systems e.g. TS16949, ISO 14001, Q1 etc…
* 1 year Quality System Design
* 1 year Quality System Auditing
* Quality or Industrial Engineering Related Certificate
* Familiar with Quality Management Systems
* Exposure to quality systems, and standards, and the logic of quality systems
* Has worked with and is familiar with Automotive Quality standards such as TS16949, ISO 14001, Q1 etc…
* Has put together quality processes and systems. Written documentation and ensured that processes are documented.
* Has audited quality systems and ensured that they are adhered to
* Advantageous: Ford Q1 exposure
