Requirements:

1. Minimum requirement - National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. VDA 6.3 Certificate
3. TS 16949 Certificate (internal audits)
4. At least 5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record.
5. Sound practical knowledge of TS 16949; VDA6.3 and ISO 14001
6. Sound quality management systems experience
7. Computer literacy in MS Office & Project Management
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a team.
10. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with complexity.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Achieve quality management operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, quality and customer service standards; identifying and resolving problems; planning and completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change
2. Meets quality department financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action
3. Validate quality processes by establish product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production quality; documenting evidence; writing and updating quality management procedures
4. Maintain and improve product quality by investigating customer complaints and collaborating with other members of the management team on product improvement initiatives
5. Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls and corrective actions.
