Quality Manager -Pref from the manufacturing / production/ automotive /engineering field

Looking for a Technical Quality Manager who will improve and our clients Quality Management System (QMS). Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction, KPI monitoring and the management of the quality department. Ensure that quality concerns are resolved in appropriate timing and ensure limited to zero impact to the customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
Manage and review all Quality personnel and resources. (small team)
Set-up product/process audit schedules, monitor findings and closure of them.
Monitor and analyse Statistical Process Control data.
Set-up and manage internal and external system where defects are identified.
Approve Quality Alerts prior to issue via document control.
Conduct layered audits and communicate to the team in order to implement corrective actions.
Set-up 5S audit schedules and processes to effectively implement the culture of 5S throughout the organisation.
Manage Production containment activities and measure their effectiveness.
Support Engineering Team with introduction of engineering changes by allocating Quality Department resources.
Support a cultural shift in production, focused on breakthrough improvements to move the facilities to the next level of operational excellence.
Provide input to better manufacture parts or products, or deliver services.

Quality:
Define the quality KPI’s according to the overall business objectives.
Ensure the QMS is designed and maintained to comply to the IATF 16949 (replaces the ISO/TS 16949) requirements as part of the long term strategic goal.
Define the quality standards.
Monitor the quality product performance, take necessary action in aid of supporting the quality objectives.
Minimize the cost of poor quality.
Manage all QCRP's (G8D's) in the system and ensure closure within an acceptable timeframe.
Ensure the FMEA requirements are met and monitored.
Ensure that corrective actions for process monitoring findings are investigated and implemented.
Manage control of non-conforming product including scrap data analysis.
