Key Performance Areas include (but are not limited to)

• Optimise and maintain the quality management infrastructure for SA Spirits
• Ensure production plant compliance to the QMS (e.g. 9001, 14001) and relevant standards
• Facilitate cross-functional product- and process problem solving
• Handling of non-conforming products
• Assist with new product implementation
• Workplace improvement initiatives
• Responsible for Corporate Spirits quality related documentation and reporting
• Compiling and controlling of QC related expense budget
• Management of QC related business plan initiatives and projects
• Training and development of personnel to ensure an effective QA system for the division
• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal clients, suppliers and other external role players

The successful candidate must preferably have the following experience/skills:
• 3-5 Years relevant managerial experience
• Practical knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO, HACCP, etc.
• Computer literate in MS Office Suite (SAP would be an advantage)
• Self-starter that can perform independently
• Above average numerical/statistical skills
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills
