QUALITY MANAGER - NELSPRUIT:
This position reports directly to the Factory Manager
Standby Manager duties thus technical orientation / technical experience is exceptionally advantageous. This is a position which is not office / lab bound. This position requires the incumbent to understand the production process from raw materials to end product.

REQUIREMENTS:
• N4 / Diploma in Chemical Engineering (NQF Level 5) - non-negotiable
5 Years’ experience in continuous process manufacturing
Technical / Engineering background
Previous Quality Control experience on managerial Level
• ADVANTAGEOUS:
BSC (Chemistry) / Degree in Wood Technology (NQF Level 6)
SAP experience
Continuous Production facility / Chemical Industry experience with understanding of quality of end product raw materials
MAIN DUTIES:
• Staff management
• Production and costing guidelines
• ISO 90001 Quality System
• Laboratory management
• Water quality assurance and control
• Product Coordination (Product availability and dispatch contractors)
• Safety & Housekeeping
• Customer liaison
Directly Reports to Position:
• 1 x ISO co-ordinator
• 1 x Senior Laboratory Technician
• 1 x Product Co-ordinator
Indirectly Reports of Position:
• 2 x Laboratory Testers
SALARY PACKAGE:
• R50,000 – R57,000 per month + Bonus + 50% Medical Aid + Provident Fund
