Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
Quality auditing diploma/degree a minimum of 5 years-experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Training and experience in ISO 9001:2015

Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans, including resource, systems and financials to support, contribute to and integrate within the organization’s annual business plan.
Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards (ISO 9001:2015)
Develop and maintain systems to establish standards relating to activities and products.
Achieve minimum customer requirements in accordance with Senior Management’s acceptance.
Monitor performance in all areas according to agreed standards and take necessary corrective action, if and when required.
Monitor changes, communicate and supply standards created by external bodies and integrate within internal quality management systems.
Establish and implement necessary communication for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
Manage all department performance against agreed targets (KPI’s) within policies and standards. Ensure all departments are trained/understand KPI’s. Correlate all department KPI’s for monthly management meeting.
Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary on issues that have an impact on quality.
Enforce production stoppage when and if the process for machining is not out of control and not capable
