Key Responsibilities
- The management and supervision of staff within the Quality department
- Customer Concerns
- Lead G8D Problem Solving
- Reporting on the Closing out of G8D Action Items and Phases
- Monitoring Customer PPM
- Implementing and Maintaining a systematic layout inspection for all parts
- Conducting Internal systems and process audits
- Closure of customer findings
- Leading investigations for quality projects
- Generating Quality Control Documents
- Updating Quality Related Documents
- Monitoring SPC
- Co-ordinating QA Inspector Activities
- Maintain ISO/TS 16949 System
- Interpreting Quality Data and implementing corrective action
- Reporting to Directors
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- 5 years experience in a TS 16949 environment
- Proven Application of problem solving techniques, internal auditing
- Knowledge of SPC interpretation and implementation
- G8D’s, TS16949
- Microsoft Office Proficiency, CMM Measurements
- Drawing Interpretation
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- B- Tech or Equivalent
