BSC (Chemistry) Degree in Wood Technology (NQF Level 6)
Responsible for development and maintaining production/costing guidelines and assisting in problem solving
Ensure optimisation of processes and raw materials
Liaise with Sales team with regards to customer complaints and investigate customer complaints
Assist customers on product application or product problems
Develop and maintain a departmental quality system in adherence to ISO specifications
Act in the capacity of ISO Management representative
Continuous Production facility, Board making / Chemical Industry with understanding of Quality of end product raw materials
This is a position which is not office / lab bound. This position requires the incumbent to understand the PROCESS of board making and effect on board quality and as such a considerable amount of time is spent on the production lines
