Development and improvement of company policies, processes, procedures and quality forms
Development and improvement of the internal SharePoint SHEQ Management System site on Visio, maintenance and integration to other software
Development of existing and additional Quality Management System applications with management of integrated software - (Raising PI’s on mobile devices; Completion of Quality Forms and Reports; Ad-hoc document access with electronic signature to sub-contractors/suppliers/clients. Site layout to be expressed in terms of Business Unit process flows with linking to Policies/ Processes/Procedures/QF’s/Reports/Analysis Data)
Management of process integration of new and existing software with SharePoint - (Linking SharePoint to Ipas/AccPac/Volt/ Document Control etc.)
Implementation and training of developed QMS processes a procedures
Work closely with IT dept. to provide feedback for system improvements
Perform other reasonable related duties as required by the Quality Manager

Key requirements include:

2 Years Tertiary Qualification with experience in a corporate business environment
Must be able to view existing operational functions, then extract process flows and procedures for documentation and auditing
Must be able to work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning, organising and prioritising skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Adobe
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and Visio advantageous
Own transport
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, excellent report writing skills, willing to travel, excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills
