EF CLLS, EF Education First’s B2B division, is looking for a Quality Team Leader. The successful candidate will be joining a team of inspiring talents based in our newly refurbished office located in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Job Description:
General Role:
The role involves monitoring and assessing the quality of work for two customer service teams.
This person will also be responsible for motivating the team members to perform.

Key Responsibilities
• Development of tools to monitor the quality of calls and live chats
• Assess the quality of approximately 50 employees on a monthly basis
• Identify areas of improvement and develop training plans in cooperation with other team leaders

Education and Experiences
• University Graduate preferred
• One year working experience and Customer Service related experience preferred

Salary:
• R13 000 base + R1 000 incentive
