This large multi-disciplinary Construction company working throughout South Africa,Africa and the Middle east is looking for suitably qualified Quantity Surveyors - Building to join their Botswana branch.

Experienced Quantity Surveyor with 8- 12 years post qualification experience on major Industrial/Commercial building and residential construction sites;
Manage all QS functions of large building projects.
Be part of a winning team.

Minimum Requirements:

BSc / BTech Quantity Surveying
High degree of computer literacy.(CCS and MS Office)
8-12 years hands on QS experience with a large CIDB 9 Building contractor.
Excellent skills in negotiations; claims, tenders, cost analysis, cost controls, schedules, allowables, variations, certificates and final accounts.

Ability to work accurately be Self motivated and able to work independently
Problem solving abilities
Good interpersonal skills
Must have a passport
Must be able to get a work permit
Must be able to relocate.
